Lake Arrowhead Boating Regulations
Lake Arrowhead boating fees depend on the boat.
In order to obtain a license an insurance certificate must be on file with the ALA office naming ALA as additional insured. Boat owners must have liability insurance of $500,000.00 combined single limit. Boats without motors can be covered on the homeowner’s insurance policy. All boat operators must pass a lake safety test and obtain an ALA operators certificate. This certificate must be carried at all times and fines of up to $250 are awarded to any owner for allowing a non-certified operator operate the boat. The ALA Lake Safety has the authority to issue citations for violations of the boating rules and the Lake Violations Committee schedule hearings where you can be fined or have your boat removed from the lake. There are a large number of violations and fines, details of which can be obtained from the ALA. Other popular Arrowhead searches...Lake Arrowhead real estate investments |
